Chicken pox vaccine

Washington state high school students are now required to have two doses of the Varicella vaccine. See flyer below for more information from the Washington State Health Department, as well as a letter from our health coordinator.

If a student has not already received a second dose, parents are required to prove that a second dose was administered.

Or show proof that the student had the disease, or is immune through a titer (blood test) given by a medical professional.

TDAP (Tetanus booster)

Reminder, students are usually due for a tetanus booster between the ages of 14-16. If your child has had a booster shot please send a copy of the report sheet to the school with your student.
