Mr. Gian ("John") Saja is proud to join the faculty of Castle Rock High School to begin his 22nd year in the English Language Arts classroom. Born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio, he completed his Bachelors in English and Master of Arts in Teaching ELA both at Kent State University in the middle to late 1990s. After an 18-year stretch teaching on the East Coast in the state of Maryland, Mr. Saja and his wife (also a teacher) decided to explore the beautiful PNW at the midpoint of their careers.
